Every parent and coach wants to give each player
the best opportunity to succeed. The Fit For 90 player monitoring platform focuses on player health and safety. Identify early signs of fatigue, stress, or under-recovery specific to each player to help keep them on the field.
Alerts: Coaches receive email and real time alerts when players are at higher risk of injury.
Player-specific recommendations: Simple and actionable recommendations are made based on each player’s current and historical data. The goal is to enhance player recovery from training or competition based on their specific needs to help prevent injuries.
Injury prevention results: Coaches using Fit For 90 with their players have consistently reported significantly decreased injuries.

Player health and safety is so important to us at Fit For 90. We are looking to release a player application directly to parents and players in the Summer/Fall of 2015. This will allow us to have an even greater impact by giving access to players and parents directly even if their team is not already using our system. Fewer injuries means more time on the field to allow players to enjoy the game and reach their full potential. Parents and players who are interested can be the first to get access by getting in touch.

Simple to complete: The 5-part readiness questionnaire takes less than 1 minute to complete. In total players spend about 2-3 minutes per day inputting data and coaches get alerts to help them prevent injuries.

Historical tracking: Overuse patterns can be solved through awareness. The player monitoring platform tracks soreness across muscle groups over time and gives coaches and players notifications of potential issues before they lead to an injury.
Corrective Exercises: Coaches and players get specific corrective flexibility exercises based on current and historical muscle soreness.
Mobile touch screen interface: Players submit multiple areas of muscle soreness quickly and easily from their phone, tablet or computer.


Quantify all training loads: Track the cumulative load placed on players both during team training and other activities away from the team.
Residual fatigue: Visual training load interface gives coaches an understanding of the residual impact of each day’s cumulative training load. Gives coaches the ability to better manage training loads for peak performance on match days.
Target training loads: Coaches can better understand how close the session was to hitting the mark.
